Shipments and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at CARLA TRAINING LTD, the training provider and exclusive importer of DERMATEK.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Your parcel shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail usually with 1st class (with signature) method, if not selected otherwise.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, all of them are fixed.


You have 14 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping of the returned item:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
